TRAVEL

All prices for Special Occasion & Bridal Makeup include travel within a 5 mile radius of Ludlow, Shropshire, travel charges will apply for appointments made out of this radius
Mobile appointments only apply to groups of a minimum of 2 people, any other appointments will be based at The Nail Gallery
All parking charges are with the responsibility of the client

A non-refundable booking fee must be taken in order to secure ALL appointments. Failure to pay your booking fee may result in the appointment being made available and booked by someone else
Bridal Makeup requires a 40% non-refundable booking fee, this will be deducted from the remaining balance, which must be paid the day before the wedding day
Special Occasion Makeup requires a £10 non refundable booking fee
Cancellations of a wedding booking made within 2 weeks of the booked date will be charged the full balance
Cancellations of Makeup Appointments will result in a loss of the non refundable booking fee paid
Cancellations made by myself due to the unlikely event of an illness, act of god or emergency - will be refunded in full back to the client
If an assistant is needed for larger bookings, extra charges will apply
If there are any changes that need to be made to a booking, it is the clients responsibility to let Mollie know ASAP to make amends

It is the clients responsibility to make Mollie aware of any skin conditions or allergies. Mollie must be informed of this prior to booking, this way a patch test can be put into place to ensure that the products used do not cause an allergic reaction either during or after a treatment. I do not take responsibility for any allergic reactions that may occur during or after a treatment
All products and brushes are kept in a high sanitary condition. All brushes are thoroughly cleaned before and after use of each client.

Images taken of the makeup I have done may be used on my website & social media platforms as a part of my portfolio. It is the responsibility of the client to make Mollie aware you would not like your picture taken or used for marketing purposes. This can be done prior to booking an appointment or during an appointment

Lash application is included in all prices, deduction for not wanting this service does not apply
I reserve the right to insist on a minimum booking during peak seasons

By paying a booking fee, you are accepting all of the above terms and conditions

Microblading requires a £50 non-refundable booking fee in order to secure your appointment, this will then be deducted off the total on the day of your appointment
Cancellations of Microblading Appointments with less than 48 hours notice will result in a loss of the non refundable booking fee paid
Cancellations made by myself due to the unlikely event of an illness, act of god or emergency - will be refunded in full back to the client or deposits transferred
No refundable booking fees are transferrable twice, after moving your appointment more than twice it will result in losing your deposit

It is the clients responsibility to make Mollie aware of any skin conditions, medical conditions or allergies. By filling in the Pre - Treatment & Treatment document accurately, Mollie is then able to analyse the general health suitability for the client to have Microblading
Patch tests must be taken place for Pigment & Topical Anaesthetic at a minimum of 48 hours prior to the treatment, it is the clients responsibility to make Mollie aware of any allergic reactions as you may not be suitable for the treatment
Topical Anaesthetics must be applied by the client before entering the salon
The client is responsible for carrying out the correct aftercare advised by Mollie

Images of before, artistry & after pictures must be taken for insurance purposes
If you do not want any images to be shared to social media/website platforms, it is the clients responsibility to make Mollie aware of this
